I am delighted to be supporting a large utilities provider involved in the renewables industry with the appointment of a Procurement Manager.
This role, which will be reporting to the Head of Procurement, will be responsible for developing and running the procurement plans for the business. You will work to develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally. You will lead on the procuring of goods and services for all new projects, including producing market research, preparing and issuing requests for quotations and tenders and leading on the bid management including negotiation of terms etc. You will support in contracts and provide general commercial support to the wider business as and when required.
To succeed in this role, you will have a proven track record at a senior level within procurement, you will have experience leading on commercial contract negotiations, building robust supply chains and working to develop stakeholder relationships.
