The company:You will be joining a Uk leading Manufacturing company based in Norfolk! Due to continuous growth, they are now seeking a Product Manager within their sensors department to help take the company to the next level.This will be a varied role, with occasional travel to their Midlands-based site and customer sites. The role will involve applying your technical knowledge within sensor technology to improve and enhance the company's product's performance. If you are someone with a wide range of technical knowledge within the sensor industry, this role is for you
Job responsibilities:

Conduct market analysis, identifying current and future needs, enabling the company to improve their productsManagement of product lifecycle and developmentDevelop, own, and communicate detailed technical roadmaps for the product portfolio, with a strong focus on product robustness, software reliability, and sensor performance. Work closely with wider engineering teams to align product roadmaps, giving detailed evidence.Support Finance and Project Management in defining and reporting key KPIs for product performance, including business cases, product line P&L, and ROI. This is just a summed-up list, and other responsibilities and tasks will be required.
Skills and Experience required:Previous experience within a similar role, with sensor experienceAbility to identify, evaluate, and integrate new technology ideas and opportunities Preferably a degree in engineering or a related discipline. Have a collaborative mindset, being able to work with the wider teams.Proficient in interpreting and communicating financial and accounting information from a product perspective, with an understanding of the financial impact of decisions.
