Ag-Tech

£to attract the best

Cambridge with remote options

The Ag-tech space is ever-growing. This is your chance to make an impact on a £0.5 trillion issue within the agriculture and horticulture industries.

Pests.

A massive headache for growers.

What if you had early warning technology to remove pests before they cause mass damage to the crop? This is what this business has created.

This is your opportunity to support growers globally. You'll get to join this business at a pivotal time and have a real impact on the industry. Helping to feed the world. What a great thing to be involved in.

What's the job?

You'll get to join an already established and knowledgeable team, meaning you will have the opportunity to learn about the business in-depth and have people surrounding you to support you.

Working closely with the CEO and CTO, you will manage the business's strategy development for the UK and Europe and help drive the direction of products.

You'll get to explore new spaces for technology. This means you get to visit growers, understand their pain points, and then identify products to support them moving forwards.

You will also run early project management and support the sales team in getting these products out to growers.

What do I need?

You will have a passion for ag-tech and an understanding of growing produce on a commercial scale.

If you've got previous experience in getting products from the development phase to market, that's great too.

Communication is important, as you'll be working with internal and external stakeholders daily.

Who for?

The business was founded in 2017, and supports farmers, growers, and foresters from pest damage. They have created patented technology which identifies pests early, reducing damage, reducing the need for chemicals, and saving money.

They're based in Cambridge and looking for someone to be in the office a couple of days a week. However, there can be discussions around this for the right person.
