As a product Marketing Manager you develop go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and messaging that differentiates our products in the market through a customer-centric lens
You work with Insights and Training teams to support the sales team and clearly communicate value propositions of our products
You maintain a working knowledge of high level product features to give product overviews (internal) and interviews (external)
Project planning for the launch of new products and releases is one of your key responsibilities
You deploy cross-functional product marketing plans
You develop familiarity with the various verticals served by the Business Communication business unit. You understand the path to market and key touchpoints of the customer journey
You maintain an awareness of competitive products, brands and their messaging
You work to create marketing support materials that generate demand and support sales - including but not limited to: brochures, campaign plans, messaging statements, feature/benefit statements and summaries
You maintain bidirectional communication with Regional Marketing Managers to inform them of upcoming campaigns and stay informed of regional market needs
You develop, execute, monitor and report on marketing campaigns - acting as a project lead, where required
You plan, execute and report on marketing activities and events, as needed
You manage budget planning administration for responsible campaigns
You support and assist with all relevant business unit communications
You review and recommend new marketing opportunities - always thinking outside of the box and trying new things
You coordinate and manage internal and external stakeholders such as Marketing Team, Product Management, Insights Management, Regional Sales Teams and Vendor and Marketing agencies. With your communication skills and organizational talent, you ensure that all areas work together harmoniously and towards the same goal
You have a degree in communications, marketing, product management etc. or a comparable qualification/ experience & education
You have a practical demonstrated experience in Product Marketing and Project Management, and are able to take on 'lead' role for projects
You have an understanding of product positioning and relevant principles of marketing, also marketing automation and both traditional and digital marketing outreach tools
You have experience in using the relevant Adobe Creative Suite products
You're creative and comfortable driving results on your own - we are a virtual team spread around the globe and your manager is always available, but will not be pushing you every day in the office
You are used to handling multiple tasks and projects in a well- organized and structured manner
As a person you are humble but also hungry for success and smart in how you manage your relationships with other people
