We currently have an excellent opportunity for an Project Administrator to join a highly regarded and global organsiation. As a Project Administrator, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring seamless project management and a positive office environment. Thos role offers a Hybrid working model with flexibility to be based in Edinburgh.
- Support Project and Design Managers with project tasks and processes.
- Utilize and assist others with project management tools and systems.
- Schedule, coordinate, prepare, and follow up on meetings.
- Maintain project calendars, distribute materials, and ensure document control.
- Format, proofread, and manage project documents and files.
- Organise business travel and assist with project controlling and invoicing.
- Ensure a positive visitor experience and maintain high professional standards.
- Manage front of house, desk bookings, and reception duties.
- Coordinate meeting rooms and provide AV, IT, and catering support.
- Handle reporting, logging tickets, and liaising with cleaning operatives.
- Provide local low-tech IT support and order office supplies.
- Act as a First Aider and Fire Warden (training provided).
- Perform ad hoc support tasks and maintain administrative data.
- 1-2 years of experience in project administration or coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management applications.
- Excellent time-management, communication, and diary management skills.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to prioritise multiple tasks.
- A confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
- High integrity, team spirit, and a proactive approach.
