Project Co-ordinator - Salary up to £35,000We are working with a regional and reputable Building Services and FM Organisation who are looking to bring on a Project Coordinator to work on their client site in Heathrow.
They are looking to employ a Project Coordinator to join their team, and assist with a variety of tasks including finance administration, quality and safety, and project management on the contract.

Key Responsibilities of Project Coordinator:
- Support with the preparation and delivery of monthly financial reviews, purchase orders and management reports
- Work closely with the client on invoicing queries, chasing any debts outstanding as per the contracted terms
- Manage all sub-contractor files, ensuring all compliance is current and up to date at all times, carrying out reviews where necessary
- Working closely with the project managers, obtaining supplier quotes and uploading onto internal systems for approval
- Identify and drive cost saving opportunities within the department
Experience Required for Project Coordinator:
- Higher Educational qualifications at A level or equivalent
- Previous experience in an FM, Construction or Projects environment
- Excellent finance administration skills, with a strong understanding of accounts and the invoice process
- The ability to liaise with stakeholders across different levels, internal and external
- Experience working in a busy and varied office environment
This is a full time permanent role, 40 hours a week and a brilliant chance to join a national FM company.
