Flint is looking for a Project Coordinator to work on a long-term contract with one of our clients in the UK.
Key responsibilities
Project responsibilities:
Support the Portfolio Manager with governance meetings, coordinating meeting material and taking actions
Ensuring the portfolio team achieves the highest health and safety compliance.
Ensure the Portfolio Manager has visibility of all portfolio project status, risks & issues
Support Project Managers with the design and build projects from inception to handover including project finances and detailed project plans
Arrange access and produce CPP's
Produce bill of materials and assist with logistics/material ordering as necessary.
Contractor communications and supervision as and when required.
Support with documentation of handover packs into Support
Support with preparing Purchase Order request details
Responsible for full management of some small projects from inception to handover.
Knowledge and experience
Proven work experience as a Project Administrator/Co-ordinator.
Experience of projects from a telecommunications background is mandatory.
Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards
Ability to work across multiple engineering disciplines (civils, mechanical and electrical, RF, etc)
Excellent time management, communications, organisational and supervisory skills
Good IT literacy with experience utilising Microsoft platform including Dynamics D365, Projects, SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
