About the role of Project Director:

Exciting Project Director opportunity in North West London for a leading residential developer. Working on a 2000+ unit, RC frame apartment scheme, overseeing the whole build process. This would be a multi-phased scheme, starting with 400 RC frame apartments with commercial spaces. You would be the lead on the project, overseeing the whole build process from groundworks to handover.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established company, who look after their staff, have a great pipeline of work and always look to progress from within.

Responsibilities for Project Director:

• Understand the whole build process from groundworks to handover.
• Manage a team of Managers.
• Helping to implement new procedures
• Communication with sub contractors
• Liaising with clients
• Day to day support with running of site

Requirements for Project Director:

• Overseen multiple residential projects across all stages of the build.
• Experience working on RC frame, residential projects.
• Been lead on a Project from start to finish.
• Managed a team of over 8 Managers.
