Attention Project Directors!
I am looking to speak with Senior Project Managers / Directors with proven experience in delivering mega heavy civils or large scale water treatment works

As a crucial leadership role, you will define project scope, programme, and budget for delivery in AMP8 and be able to hang your hat on a well-recognised scheme in sunny Cornwall

Snapshot of Duties

• Full management of the entire lifecycle of the project leading to a smooth transition into operational business
• Targeted to meet the project objectives of a £100M+ project
• Develop the best procurement strategy for the project and oversee the specifications
• Manage and ensure the performance of consultants and contractors to deliver project outcomes on time, cost, and quality.
• Commercially manage all contract matters to achieve the optimal outcome for the client

What do you need?

Ideally, you'll come from a water background with experience delivering projects as part of previous AMP Frameworks

As well as this, you'll have:

• Experience working for a Tier One Civil Engineering Contractor
• Minimum 3 years+ as a PD or Operational Lead
• Relevant Civil Engineering Qualification - Degree or Equivalent
• Project experience on Water Treatment Plants - New Build and Refurbishment
• Experience on projects £50M+
