RTL Group are looking for a Project Manager to work on a large Reinforced Concrete Structures package involving steel works, form work and shuttering.
Our Client are a reinforced concrete subcontractor specialist with over 20 years of experience, delivering a diverse range of construction projects including concrete frames, bridge structures, retaining walls and radius tanks.
As a Project Manager you will take overall responsibility for the construction project. Maintain and enhance relations with the client, professional team & subcontractors. Attend weekly client meetings and prepare progress reports for the client.
• Manage the cost of construction within the budget and preparation of variations to agree with the client and contractors.
• Manage: material & plant purchasing, labour & subcontractor organization, programming & planning, information flow, manage cost control, quality control, recording, reporting and administration, public and client relations, health & safety procedures
Requirements and essential skills:
- Experience in Reinforced Concrete, Shuttering and Steel
- Experience with working on Bridges
- SMSTS/CSCS/SWS
- Experience working with and under sub contractors
