Project Manager

Location: Based around M4, Reading, and Essex (near Brentwood)

Salary: Salary: 50,000 - 70,000 per annum DOE

Project Details

• Based around M4, Reading, and Essex (near Brentwood)
• Highways infrastructure, motorway signage, street lighting, communications (trenching, ducting, and chambers)

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Liaise with clients and maintain strong relationships
• Monitor and manage project progress, addressing early warnings
• Work closely with QS to ensure financial accuracy and capture all project costs

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in highways, civils
• Proven ability to manage large-scale infrastructure projects
• Strong client communication skills
• Capability to oversee project budgets and schedules

Salary and Benefits

• 50,000 - 70,000 per annum (DOE)
• 28 days holiday including bank holidays, company car
• Permanent position
