Project Manager - Food and Beverage Industry
Salary: Up to £500 per day

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager for our innovative canning line facility in Hereford. Specialising in a diverse range of liquid beverages, our facility features state-of-the-art equipment capable of a variety of packing solutions. This role is essential for managing a significant £3.5 million project focusing on processing and blending equipment within the food and drinks industry.
As our Project Manager, your primary responsibility will be overseeing the commissioning of a new line over a 45-week period. This involves managing the project from concept design, through procurement, to the final installation and commissioning stages.
Essential Skills and Qualifications for the Project Manager:
- Qualification in project management.
- Solid background in FMCG or a process-oriented industry.
- Proven HVAC system experience.
- Knowledge and experience in adhering to CDM regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in managing large CAPEX budgets.
Responsibilities:
- Designing concepts and finalising the User Requirement Specification (URS).
- Guiding the project through procurement and overseeing facility upgrades to accommodate new equipment.
- Ensuring the project remains within time and budget constraints.
- Minimising deviations from the agreed URS.
- Overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring all technical and regulatory standards are met.
