My client is an industry leading contractor with multiple live contracts across the UK.
We are currently recruiting an experienced Project Manager to join the company and assist in managing Groundworks and RC Frame packages situated around the North West of England.
My client has perm opportunities for successful candidates.
RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE
THIS IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE START
Project Manager Responsibilities:
• Reporting and working alongside the Director and Contracts Manager.
• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety
• Producing programmes
• RAMS
• Quality Assurance.
• Managing the labour and putting men to work.
• Providing progress reports
• Liaising with commercial teams ensuring projects are progressing well financially.
• Liaising with site team and engineers
• Holding frequent meetings with client
Project Manager Requirements:
• CSCS
• SMSTS
• First aid
• Temporary Works Coordinator (beneficial)
• Experienced in managing groundworks, RC Frame packages for specialist contractors.
• 15+ years management experience
