Project Manager

Brand new Project Manager role for global entity managing large scale and complex client projects. Providing a seamless end to end process within a timely and quality driven manner.

Main responsibilities:

• Understanding core service and contribute to programme.
• Help implement and design project plans.
• Main point of contact for projects internally and externally.
• Managing each phase of the project seamlessly and providing high quality results.
• Anticipate resources for projects.
• Carry out action reviews during project phases.
• Being an active member of the global team.
• Share best practice and improvements.
• Influence with coaching and mentoring alongside being a highly valued team member.
• Building strong relationships internally and externally.

The ideal candidate:

• Degree educated.
• Solid experience of working with external client projects in a professional organisation.
• Experience of handling complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, global time zones and timelines.
• Consultancy company experience would be a real advantage working with senior executives.

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Strong relationship building across all levels both internally and externally.
• Highly organised and able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Proactive and able to drive projects through and meet deadlines.
• Real problem solver and able to think outside the box.
• Flexible working style.
• Excellent IT skills with the ability to pick up database software quickly.
• Additional language skills would be advantageous.
