Project Manager opportunity working on a DfE project in Leeds, valued at 15m.

About the role of Project Manager

This opportunity as a Project Manager with a renowned Tier 1 main contractor. You will be the lead role on this project, you will be responsible from substructures through to interior and external fit out to handover. Responsible for managing a full site team, chairing subcontractor meetings, progress reporting and overseeing health & safety and quality.

• Checking the workmanship on site making sure it adheres to standards set.

Requirements for Project Manager.

• Proven Track record as a Project manager who has demonstrable project deliver experience on DfE or related Build developments.
• Experience Working with tier 1 contractors
• Trade background or Degree BSC construction management.
• CSCS Black
• NVQ level 7 or 6
• Taken projects from out of the ground to completion & handover of client.
