Responsibilities of the Project Manager
- To manage a water related construction project, safely delivering works, completion within programme, managing costs and delivering to the clients specification/requirements
- Manage project delivery
- Liaise with Design Team
- Formulate and implement procurement strategy
- Prepare Monthly Client Progress Reports
- Make line managers aware of key issues and solutions
- Develop and maintain relationships with client r, supply chain and local authorities
- Produce and manage contract programme,
- Understanding of Engineering Principles & Extensive technical knowledge and
Role Requirements of the Project Manager
- Degree level qualification in a Civil Engineering or HND in Civil Engineering
- Ideally water & civils project experience
- Understanding of Engineering Principles
- Knowledge and Understanding of construction contract law and forms of contract
