Job Title: Project Manager

We are recruiting for a Civils Project Manager with experience in power/utilities.

You will be responsible for the management and delivery and all aspects of development and performance management, ensuring that assigned projects are delivered safely and within the financial & program requirements.

Duties will include:

• Management of general civils, EHV/HV Cabling or Substation schemes
• Responsible for both budgetary and financial control
• Management of multiple projects
• Excellent understanding of drawings
• Lead risk/opportunity reviews, ownership of the Risk Register and recommend/implement changes
• Organisation of operations to ensure that all work is carried out to the appropriate QHSE compliance and standards
• Ensure that key functions of the overall project delivery are in place. These include scopes of work, project program, resource planning (materials and people), project delivery, reporting and review
• Monitoring compliance with, and the monitoring of NEC Contract terms and conditions, scope of work and variations log, NEC Contract terms and conditions, scope of work and variations log with sub-contractors
• Assisting in the production of Risk Assessments and Method Statements
• Represent the Company at post tender, pre-start, progress and final account meetings with Clients
• Liaise with subcontractors and work closely with quantity surveyors, site managers and other key members involved in projects

Essential Skills / Qualifications:

• Previous experience in this role
