We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and oversee high-profile infrastructure and construction projects. As a key player in a dynamic team, you ll manage all aspects of project delivery, from planning and execution to completion. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, architects, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and performance, implementing risk management strategies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and contractual requirements.
- Lead project meetings and provide clear, consistent communication to all stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in Project Management within Engineering/Construction/Infrastructure/Pharmaceuticals /Railway
- Strong background in managing EPCM projects, cost control, schedule management, and commercial claims.
- Extensive knowledge of CDM regulations and stakeholder negotiations.
- Familiarity with NEC and FIDIC contracts is advantageous.
