Key Responsibilities:

Managing the entire construction process of the new hotel development.

Ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Leading and coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Reporting progress to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Site Manager in construction, preferably with experience in hotel or similar large-scale developments.
