Construction Project Manager, Plymouth

Salary: £65k-£75k plus car allowance and attractive benefits

Role: Project Manager required for a tier one main contractor to deliver a new £15m commercial refurbishment scheme in Plymouth. Overseeing the project from pre-construction through to handover.

Core Project Manager duties within the role will include

• No.1 on similar size schemes, if not larger.
• Leading and resourcing site based teams through strong leadership
• Meeting Health & Safety regulations
• Holding regular team meetings across all supply chain partners
• Maintaining financial performance of each project with overall responsibility for all site based work
• You will also work closely with the senior management team providing input into the P&L and liaising where necessary with the commercial team.

What do you need?

• Degree / HNC - Construction Related Discipline
• Substantial experience as a No.1 on a similar sized project
• Commercially astute
