Involve Recruitment are in search of a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to oversee various projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of project management methodologies. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage resources, timelines, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

We are looking for an experienced project manager from a cladding and build background. Applicants must have 5 years Project Management and Cladding experience. The project is due to begin January 2025.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the project are executed efficiently.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and issues.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present regular reports on project performance to senior management.

Skills

• Proficiency in Procore software is highly desirable for this role.
