Project Manager
Our client is a growing property company that is in need of a Project Manager, to help them manage construction projects for their portfolio of Hotels and other commercial properties within Suffolk, Northamptonshire and Gloucestershire. The project manager will need to be able to travel between all 3 locations, transport will be provided as required. This can be a full or part-time position, with flexibility to sometimes work remotely, however site visits will be mandatory.

- Job type: Permanent full-time or part-time
- Salary: £60,000
- Location: East of England, Central England and the Midlands

What does the job entail
- Overseeing construction projects on behalf of a group of companies, including hotels and commercial buildings
- Everything from refurbishments to large scale extensions
- Ensuring health and safety whilst on-site is followed at all times
- Managing project timelines and deadlines to ensure the project runs smoothly
- To liaise with other teams to ensure people and resources are where they need to be throughout the project
Requirements:
- Previous experience managing construction projects including large scale extensions
- Good communication skills
- You need to be reliable and flexible due to the nature of the projects
- Have the ability to work on your own initiative
- An awareness of the importance of following health & safety guidelines
- Attention to detail.
- Be responsible & organised
- Take pride in your work
- Enthusiastic, motivated & trustworthy
- Well-presented & punctual
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- UK driving licence
