Facilitate Search is partnering with one of the UK's largest FM service providers to source a Project Manager to work on a prestigious contract in the Southampton area.

• You will be responsible for the delivery of M&E and Capital Works Projects.
• Works will include refurbishments, replacements, lifecycle & upgrades.
• Ensures that the project is delivered on time, to budget and to the required quality & regulatory standards.
• Applicants will be experienced project managers having delivered projects up to 2 million (preferred, not essential).
• FM experience also beneficial.
