A small - medium-sized construction company based within South West London is currently recruiting for a Project Manager on a long-term basis. They typically work on high-end residential works, mainly general building, refurbishment and fit out works.
Your new role
This company is looking for a Project Manager to be based on site and within the office working on projects around London and within the M25. The role will be working within the project management team and reporting directly to the MD.
You will be planning and working on construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring completion is made within scope, budget and timeline.
Typical projects will start from £50,000 - £3 million.
You will travel from the head office and site to deliver these projects.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven experience within construction and have worked in a Project Management capacity. Furthermore, you will have strong numerical skills to deliver projects to within the right budget.
Excellent client management skills in presenting and talking to clients.
Have a degree in Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying or have a good proven background in delivering similar construction projects.
