Salary: circa £40,000 (DOE)
Hours: 8:30-5:30
Location: Horsham - with expected site visits

About you:
Bring your technical expertise and hands-on experience in the building or dental engineering sectors to the table. Familiarity with CAD (to a limited level) and collaboration with trades like Electricians and Plumbers is a plus. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating and managing engineers and appointed sub-contractors, ensuring the successful delivery of projects within specified timelines, scope, and budget constraints.
As a detail-oriented Project Manager, you'll thrive on organisation and possess excellent communication skills.
What will your day look like?
Joining a small, collaborative team, your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining positive relationships with clients and contractors throughout each project.
- Keeping clients informed via various platforms such as regular site meetings, emails, and calls.
- Managing relationships with clients, contractors, and Hague Team members.
- Ensuring adherence to project specifications.
- Managing Health and Safety on each site.
- Completing relevant paperwork and administrative tasks.
- Producing and developing GANTT charts for scheduling purposes.
- Directly managing Engineers to uphold brand standards.
- Coordinating internal resources and third parties for flawless project execution.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documents.
- Measuring project performance using appropriate systems and tools.
- Reporting, rectifying, or escalating issues as needed.
- Meticulously handling measurements and dimensions for site plans and drawings.
