My client is seeking a dynamic Hands-On Project Manager to join the team. This is an opportunity to work closely with company leadership, supporting the Managing Director and driving key projects forward.About the Role:As a Hands-On Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing project execution, liaising with suppliers and manufacturers, and ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction. This is a hybrid or remote role, with occasional on-site requirements, ideally located within an hour or so of Norfolk or Suffolk.Take the lead on:

• End-to-end project management activities, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
• Building strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers, negotiating contracts and managing procurement.
• Acting as a primary point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and addressing inquiries.
• Preparing comprehensive cost estimates and budgets, monitoring expenses throughout projects.
• Supervising installation processes, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

What you'll bring:

• Previous experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing or tech environment. (Start up experience is a bonus!)
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Practical mindset, willing to roll up sleeves and get hands-on when needed.
