The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing high quality residential redevelopment and refurbishments projects. The role is currently offered as a maternity cover contract but could extend beyond the initial term or develop into a permanent role.

Our client is a boutique investor-developer based in the West End with a track record and secured pipeline of high quality residential redevelopment and refurbishment projects. Their development and project management team has individuals from varied backgrounds all with a common goal to delivery excellent projects.
Description
As the Project Manager you will take responsibility for 1-2 projects depending on size/scale which could be within development/design and/or construction. Your key responsibilities will be:
- Appoint and manage the design team as required
- Procurement of the main contractor for delivery
- Development and management of the project programme and finances
- On site monitoring during construction
- Coordination of interior design and finishes if managed externally to the main contractor
Profile
This role could suit and experienced Architect with client monitoring and contract administration experience or a client-side or employers agent Project Manager with experience of delivering residential projects to completion.
You will primarily be working in the West End office but will be required to attend regular site visits in London. There will be 1 day WFH each week.
A successful Project Manager should have:
- A relevant industry qualification (RIBA, CIOB, RICS)
- Full project life cycle experience (inception to handover after construction)
- Demonstrate good project management skills (programme creation, financial management, contract administration)
- Have a background in high quality residential project delivery
Job Offer
- A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum equivalent (depending on experience)
