You will:
- Be working very closely with the Client
- Have experience in refurbishment and managing fit out projects
- Have managed the lifecycle of projects
- Have PFI/healthcare background

Work included:

• Complete fit out work
• Fire door upgrades/replacements
• Scaffold erection
• Providing permits
• Health & safety assessment

Qualifications required

• SSSTS or SMSTS
• First Aid
• RAMS
• PRINCE2 - desirable
