Our client is looking for a project manager to join their team, covering a large government contract.

The ideal candidate must have FM experience or worked as client side PM.

The Role

• P&L support
• Financial sign offs
• Experience of working on lifecycle and variation works up to £3m per year
• Health & Safety sign off
• Client facing and holding meetings
• Reports

Qualifications & Experience

• Qualification in M&E or building fabric or relevant project management experience.
• Computer literate
• Driver
• Must have underatke an enhanced DBS check as these are sensitive sites.
