The Role:

• Manage contracts, reporting, and project documentation

• Coordinate design teams, contractors, and stakeholders

• Oversee site inspections and procurement

• Build strong client relationships

• Work with cost managers to drive commercial success

What You ll Need:

• Degree in a relevant field

• MRICS (or working towards support provided)

• Proven PM experience in construction or real estate

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
