Approach Personnel are currently partnered with an Industry leading Industrial & Distribution business, who are currently on the look out for an experienced Project Manager to join the team. As a Project Manager, you will be in charge of overseeing the entirety of our projects from start to finish, ensuring that all works are being completed in a timely manner.

What are we looking for?

• Experience in leading Industrial New Build Project's
• A HND / Degree in Construction
• Main Contractor experience with new build projects up to 50m
• Ideally a level 6 or 7 NVQ qualification

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed construction plans, timelines, and work schedules
• Liaise with the Site Manager to ensure that all works are being completed in a timely manner, whilst maintaining quality in line with company policy.
• Report into the Operations Manager and provide feedback on Project status on
• Pro-actively identify project risks and work extensively to reduce delays.
• Facilitate final inspections and approvals.
