Project Manager - Construction - City of London
Our client is a commercial fit out contractor that works on projects across London and deals with very exclusive clients. They are looking for a Project Manager to join the business to oversee their commercial fit out projects.
They are looking for some that is comfortable managing multiple fit-out projects, ideally working in live environments. These projects will range from full office fit outs to smaller, more remedial type work - they need someone that has experience doing both.

The ideal Project Manager will have:
- Construction experience managing multiple projects at once
- Running small works projects as well as full fit outs
- Experience handling clients and building relationships
- Excellent computer skills and familiar with MS Project, Excel and Office
- Excellent written English and paperwork skills
- DBS Check - Basic or Enhanced (will be completed upon appointment if not current)
- Start date: ASAP
- Location: Sites across City of London
- Salary: 70,000 - 80,000 PAYE
