Join a rapidly expanding family-run business in the construction and facilities management sector. We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Project Manager to join our clients organisation. Day-to-day of the role:

• Support the delivery of projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation, including plans, schedules, risk logs, and status reports.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and performance, helping to resolve issues and escalate where necessary.
• Assist with client communications, progress updates, and stakeholder meetings.
• Support in the management of project budgets and assist with procurement activities where required.
• Help ensure compliance with industry standards, contractual obligations, and health & safety regulations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the project delivery lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• A background in Project Management, Construction Management, Business Management, or a related discipline.
• An organised and detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello) is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and positive attitude with a desire to learn and develop.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
