Our client is a reputable Main Contractor with a strong portfolio of industrial projects across the North West, typically ranging up to 20 million in value. With a reputation for delivering complex schemes on time and to budget, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to take full ownership of a major upcoming development.
Roles and Responsibilities of a Project Manager:
Act as the Number 1 on-site, managing the project from pre-construction through to handover.
Lead all site operations, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and the site team to ensure efficient delivery.
Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, including the client and consultants.
Drive programme, cost, and quality performance across all phases of the project.
Requirements of a Project Manager:
Proven experience in a Project Manager role, delivering industrial or commercial projects up to 20m.
Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
A track record of running projects independently as Number 1 on-site.
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications.
A proactive, hands-on approach to problem solving and site management.
