Our client is a specialist fit-out contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver multiple commercial projects across Central London, with values ranging from £600k to £2m. The projects include CAT A, CAT A+, and CAT B office fit outs, delivered to high quality and tight programmes.

The ideal candidate will be available immediately and confident managing fast-track fit out schemes from pre-start through to handover, working closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead site delivery of multiple fit-out projects
• Manage programme, quality, H&S, and subcontractors on site
• Liaise with clients and consultants, providing regular updates
• Coordinate internal teams and ensure timely project delivery
• Report directly to senior management and manage site-based paperwork

Required certifications:

• CSCS card
• SMSTS
• First Aid
