Bespoke Joinery
Salary: Circa £65,000
Location: South Leicestershire
Our client is looking for a project manager to join their team on a full time basis in the heart of the Leicestershire countryside. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bespoke high-end joinery who has experience in working in commercial interiors, luxury hotels, high end residential projects and maybe even some retail. We are dedicated to offering our clients exceptional workmanship and customer service that goes above and beyond their expectations.
The ideal candidate will also be ambitious for career progression and have a passion for bespoke joinery.
The Role
Responsible for project managing the fabrication and installation of various bespoke joinery projects.
liaising with clients, architects, and contractors.
scheduling and overseeing the work of subcontractors.
Ensuring the work meets legal requirements and quality standards.
Managing project budgets and timelines.
Site visits 1-2 times a week.
Skills & Experience
Project management at least 5-10 Years.
Good client facing skills.
Inspection skills and knowledge of quality control standards.
Experience working with CAD programs and knowledge of AutoCAD.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage more than one project if required.
Experience in the bespoke joinery sector as detailed above.
