We're looking for a Project Manager / Contracts Manager who is ready for the step up to join our Construction team based in Bristol.

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Salary: £Up to 100k

What will you be responsible for?

As the Project / Contracts Manager, you'll be working within the Construction team, supporting them in delivering high quality projects across a variety of sectors.

Your day to day will look like:

• Plan the entire project to meet contractual and industry standards.
• Organise the resources to deliver the project on time and defect free.
• Organise resources and the activities of staff to maximise financial and commercial returns.
• Coordinate with the commercial team to ensure the resources, supply chain and contractual opportunities can be utilised to maximise returns.
• Monitor the health and safety on site.
• Looking after multiple projects at any given time.
• Exceeding client expectations.

Candidate requirements:

• You will have a track record of delivering projects up to £50m in value
• You will have the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• You will be able to prove experience as the Project / Contracts Manager with a main contractor.
• You will have strong leadership and project management skills.
• You will be an excellent communicator.
• You will have a deep understanding of construction processes.
