A high-end Electrical Engineering company near Tunbridge Wells is seeking their newest member of their dynamic and ever-growing team! This is your chance to enhance your career within a company that will support you through your training that will help you grow your existing skillset whilst developing new ones.
You will be responsible for receiving a project from Pre-Construction, developing the design to move the project forwards and completing technical submittals as and when necessary.
Following this, you will need to monitor all projects through to handover, issues progress reports and variations, whilst attending monthly project and forecasting meetings.
This will be a mobile position, travelling to site on multiple days during the week and being based in the office for the remaining days. This all depends on the week and could be more office based or more site based.
You must be able to read and understand architectural plans and drawings and have strong IT proficiency in common office application.
Strong communication skills are necessary to liaise with clients, Contract Directors and junior team members - being able to lead and motivate effectively during projects.
A successful candidate would have great experience with electrical project management and be BS7671:th Edition certified. A background in design and build commercial or residential fit-outs would be greatly beneficial.
Ideally, you would be Electrotechnical Certification Scheme or Construction Skills Certification Scheme trained and have completed the Site Management Safety Training Scheme.
The salary for this position goes up to £60,000 +bonus + benefits. Higher salaries can be discussed.
