Position Summary:

Spencer & James Recruitment require an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of Social Housing Planned Works, including external works and EWI, for a leading Tier 1 Principal Contractor.

Main Duties:

• Plan and oversee project timelines.
• Maintain high-quality standards throughout the project.
• Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
• Oversee a seamless project handover and provide post-handover support.
• Efficiently manage resources to meet project goals.
• Facilitate clear communication and define team roles.

Required Experience:

• Background working with a main contractor on similar projects.
• Experience with Planned Works - including; EWI and external works
• Strong skills in team leadership and resource management.
