As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of various events, from concept to completion. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Leading project teams and ensuring seamless coordination throughout the event lifecycle.
• Collaborating with clients to understand their vision and translating it into actionable project plans.
• Utilizing your CAD design skills to create detailed layouts and plans for event spaces.
• Managing budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to deliver projects within scope.
• Overseeing on-site execution, troubleshooting any issues that may arise, and ensuring a flawless event experience.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the events industry.
• Strong proficiency in CAD design, with the ability to create detailed and visually stunning event layouts.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Budgeting and resource management experience.
