Rate: Up to 60 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong civils background for a contract role at the Sellafield site. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Plan, execute, and deliver civil engineering projects on time and within budget.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a multidisciplinary project team.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Communicate with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure all activities adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Technical Oversight: Provide guidance for all civil engineering aspects.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in project management within civil engineering, preferably in nuclear or highly regulated industries.
• Skills: Leadership, communication, project management software proficiency, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Security Clearance: Active security clearance required, preferably for Sellafield or similar sites.
