Hays Recruitment has partnered up with a leading UK Water Framework Solutions Provider in their search to hire a Project Manager for the Northern Ireland Water Framework.
This company, who are currently working across 7 major water infrastructure platforms across the UK, have recently been included in the Northern Ireland Water Framework.
Your new company has built their water sector knowledge with over 200 years in the sector and are now seeking to recruit at a Project Management level.

Offering an attractive package, your new employer has been awarded to the Major Project Partnering Framework - Lot 3: Process Engineering Including MEICA Design & Construction running from 2022 to 2027 initially and are currently tendering for additional packages within the NIW sector and will aim to grow the business here in Northern Ireland for the long-term sustainable future.
Your new role
The position of the Project Manager will see you based on one of their upcoming projects based in Belfast with a value in the multi-millions. This is one of the largest NIW schemes in the country.
You will report directly to the Senior Project Manager and y our duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, experience at a similar management level will be required, and ideally you will have working experience of water frameworks, although those candidates with expertise in other areas of heavy civil such as roads, rail, infrastructure will also be considered.
You will also possess some of the following skills and tickets.
• Project Management experience
• Degree or equivalent qualification in a construction related discipline.
• APMP or equivalent
• Previous experience within the water sector
• Relevant CSCS Card
• Experience of using Primavera or Power project (planning / programming)
• Working knowledge of construction Health & Safety.
