Civils Project Manager required for a large multi-discipline complex site in Liverpool Hays Civil Engineering are delighted to be working with this large, diverse organisation in recruiting for a Project Manager to work on Civil Engineering projects on a large site in LiverpoolThey have planned capital investment and secured funding to deliver a wide range of Infrastructure projects, and are invested in the development of this specialist site for their longterm futureTypically, you'll be working on a variety of projects from: Earthworks, Marine, Cargo Parks, Drainage, Groundworks, and planned capital maintenance. You'll perform all site management duties, ensuring briefs are agreed, contracts in place and works managed to budget and in line with agreed health, safety and quality standardsReporting into the Senior Project Manager, you'll manage the lifecycle of a project through: feasibility, approval, design, construction, handover and post project reviewYou'll have experience working on a diverse range of Civil Engineering projects, and be an experienced Civil Engineering professional; ideally having progressed from a Site Engineer through to Project Manager levelYou'll have a proven track record of managing construction projects and have experience of commercial construction contracts, ideally NEC 3, Option A.
