Job Title: Project Manager - Office Fit-Out

Location: Birmingham

Job type: Full time, permanent

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum

Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a proven track record in successfully leading office fit-out projects? We are seeking a dynamic individual to take charge of our upcoming office fit-out project and ensure its seamless execution. Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:

  • Assume overall responsibility for the planning, execution, and successful completion of the office fit-out project.

Budget and Cost Management:

  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and effective resource allocation.
  • Schedule and Timeline Oversight:
  • Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Liaise with architects, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and specifications.

Contract Negotiation:

  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers and contractors, ensuring favorable terms and timely delivery of services and materials.

Quality Control:

  • Implement and maintain high-quality standards throughout the fit-out process.

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring a smooth project flow.


  • Provide regular updates and reports to key stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and solutions.


  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically leading office fit-out projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards.
  • Experience in contract negotiation and supplier management.
