Job Title: Project Manager - Office Fit-Out

We are seeking a dynamic individual to take charge of our upcoming office fit-out project and ensure its seamless execution. Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:
- Assume overall responsibility for the planning, execution, and successful completion of the office fit-out project.
Budget and Cost Management:
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and effective resource allocation.
- Schedule and Timeline Oversight:
- Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Liaise with architects, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and specifications.
Contract Negotiation:
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and contractors, ensuring favorable terms and timely delivery of services and materials.
Quality Control:
- Implement and maintain high-quality standards throughout the fit-out process.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring a smooth project flow.
Communication:
- Provide regular updates and reports to key stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically leading office fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards.
- Experience in contract negotiation and supplier management.
