A loyal client to Sphere are looking to appoint a Project Manager with immediate effect.
Your new company are an established Main Contractor based in Dorset, who typically deliver projects ranging in value from 500k to 25m+. These projects have been undertaken in many different sectors, including Defence, Public Sector, Education, Health, Leisure, Commercial, Industrial and Residential.
Whilst working in this role, you will head up the Operational and Delivery elements of the below project:
- New Build - 108 Bedroom Premier Inn
- 11 million
- Dartmouth
- Completion August 26
You will have good Main Contractor experience and relevant degree level qualifications. Additional multi storey experience such as Hotels, Student Accommodation etc would also be of benefit.
