Our client is a very successful original equipment manufacturer and Staffbase have been appointed to recruit for the position of Project Manager.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a mechanical engineering background and ideally with good knowledge of design and manufacturing processes.
The Role:
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects from receipt of order to completion including design, planning, delivery, installation through to delivery and commissioning.
You will be responsible for handling multiple projects simultaneously. Your duties will include but is not limited to the following;
- Plan and manage all aspects of project delivery from order receipt to completion
- Manage and control budget costs ensuring profit margin is maintained
- Risk management & reporting
- Maintain accurate project files and key milestone progress reporting
- Manage FAT & SAT processes
Candidate:
You will be an experienced Project Manager with previous experience in an engineering and manufacturing environment.
You will hold a formal project management qualifications such as Prince 2 , APM or PMI and you will have a formal engineering qualification minimum level HND / HNC.
Applicants will have strong management and leadership skills and you will have excellent communication and reporting skills.
Hours of Work:Monday to Friday 37 hours Benefits:
