Project Manager – Groundworks

Location: Deptford, London

Salary: £45,000 – £70,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Contract Type: 16-month Fixed Term Contract

Are you an experienced Project Manager?

Our client, a leading player in the groundworks industry, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a high-profile project encompassing tarmac, paving, and hard landscaping across 5 separate sites in South East London. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of the project, bringing their expertise to contribute to its successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate groundworks projects across 5 separate sites in South East London.
• Oversee the implementation of tarmac, paving, and hard landscaping elements of the project.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met within the defined timelines and budget.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Utilize your experience with large infrastructure projects to enhance the efficiency of operations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the groundworks industry.
• Strong background in managing tarmac, paving, and hard landscaping projects.
• Ideally, experience in overseeing large infrastructure projects.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in construction.

Location:

The role is based near Deptford, London, with travel required to various project sites in South East London.

Salary:

£45,000 – £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Contract Type:
