Delve deep with key partners to masterfully guide defect, lifecycle, and variation projects not only for this company but for external clients too. From the initial stages to project completion (RIBA Stages 1-6), you'll be the captain of the ship, steering projects to excellence. Meetings with clients and contractors will be your stage to shine, while your prowess in producing top-notch tracking tools will be instrumental in advancing the change control services.
But that's not all. You'll wear the finance cap, overseeing the invoicing and reporting of completed works. And with your knack for nurturing talent, guide Assistant Project Managers, enriching their professional journey.
Must-haves? A rich history in Project Management, a BSc Degree (or equivalent experience) in Building or Engineering, and a flair for the PFI industry. Oh, and if you're packed and ready for some travel adventures, that's a plus!

Salary: up to £51k
Location: Bristol or Cheltenham
