Job Title: Project Manager - Infrastructure

Job Description:
We are currently seeking two skilled and experienced Project Managers with a strong background in groundworks and infrastructure. The ideal candidates will be a proactive leaders with excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of overseeing the entire project lifecycle and ensuring successful delivery.
The Ideal Candidates will be flexible and willing to stay onsite during the week or nearby. (accommodation or a hotel will be provided). The projects will be based in different Caravan Parks in the UK, including but not limited to, Warwickshire, Greenfield, Milton keens, Essex, Isle of wight and Leigh on sea.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee groundworks and infrastructure from initiation to completion.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure project specifications are met.
- Implement effective project management processes to optimize efficiency and quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in groundworks and infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage budgets and timelines.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
