The Role - Senior Project Manager / Lead

My client are looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager / Lead for their project in Marsden.

You will be a well-rounded individual with a hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example.

• Oversee and manage the project from inception to completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Ensure technical proficiency and compliance with industry standards
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members
• Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports
• Manage project budgets and ensure financial targets are met
• Maintain commercial awareness and ensure site activities align with financial goals

Required Skills:

• In-depth industry-specific knowledge of facade / cladding is essential.
• Strong project management skills
• Proficiency in risk management
• Advanced programming and monitoring skills using Microsoft Project
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
